I Didn't Kiss Grace Kelly

My newest story, I Didn't Kiss Grace Kelly, is up on Postcard Shorts.  And, yes, I am a huge Grace Kelly fan.  I Didn't Kiss Grace Kelly can be found here http://www.postcardshorts.com/read-772.html

Making Friends, Writing Stories and Making Memories

Not long ago, I met a smart, independent woman named Julie Wise.  She quickly found a place in my heart, which was a wastleland at the time, and also found a way into my story telling.  We penned a story together, Postcard From Heaven, and it was accepted for Pill Hill Press' anthology Daily Flash 2012.  Anyone that buys the book and reads the story will notice that the two main characters are named Julie and Chad.  Is Postcard From Heaven a true story on how we met, you're probably wondering?  Well, maybe...

More Stories Accepted

Just recieved word that Pill Hill Press has accepted four more of my stories for their upcoming anthology Daily Frights 2012.   This means I will have a grand total of eight stories (for now) in the Daily Frights book.   Also, Pill Hill Press has accepted another one of my stories for Daily Frights sister anthology Daily Flash 2012.

ENJOYING A GREAT JUNE 26, 2011

Yesterday was one of my best days in a long time. The whole day: a train ride, a nice dinner and then a concert featuring two of favorite bands, Motley Crue and Poison. I hope there are more days like this ahead of me.

Wiping the dust away...

Man, it's been awhile since I updated this thing. In a way, I guess that's good; it means I've been busy. However, I haven't written anything new, and I've yet to hear from Pill Hill Press about my latest submission to their Daily Flash 2012 book. On another note, I did have one story accepted by Wicked East Press. It is called "Coffeehouse Confession" and has a creepy feel to it, even though it's not a scary story.

More Stories Accepted

It may be snowing and cold here in Kentucky, but I have been hot. I've had seven stories accepted (for now) by Pill Hill Press for publication. Four of the stories will appear in Daily Frights 2012: 366 Days of Frightening Flash Fiction, and three (none of which are horror related) will be in Daily Flash 2012: 366 Days of Flash Fiction. The anthologies are still open for submissions, so you have plenty of time to join me in there. Here's the link for Daily Frights: http://www.pillhillpress.com/frights2012.html
